    YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A GIFT OR PRODUCT TO ALL PARTICPANTS, APPROXAMATELY 160. (THIS WILL BE HANDED OUT TO THEM AT THE BEGINING OF EACH SESSION) DURING THE TIME IT TAKES TO HAND OUT THE GIFT YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ADDRESS THE AUDIANCE. (2-3 MINUTES)

OPTION 1 

TRADITIONAL VENDOR BOOTH

THE BOOTH IS SMALLER AND NOT IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE CONFERENCE

OPTION 2 

TABLE DROP

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A GIFT OR PRODUCT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, APPROXIMATELY 160. (You will not be required to provide any other door prize.)

THIS WILL BE HANDED OUT TO THEM BY OUR OFFICERS AT THE BEGINING OF A SELECTED SESSION.

DURING THE TIME IT TAKES TO HAND OUT THE GIFT YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ADDRESS THE AUDIENCE. (2-3 MINUTES)

IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION, YOU WON'T HAVE A VENDOR BOOTH

The Utah Association of Elementary School Principals will hold its annual Summer Conference at the NEWPARK HOTEL IN KIMBALL JUNCTION on June 10 and 11.

The cost is $300.00 for both options. It is $325.00 for booths with electricity.

Exhibitors must bring their own signs.

Each exhibitor will be expected to furnish a door prize, which will be given at the conclusion of the Conference. Your company will be recognized at that time. Door prizes will be drawn from the completed sign off cards.

Move in time is June 9, at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., and again on the 10th between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Exhibit booths open at 8:00 a.m. on both days. Exhibits close at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the 11th. There are 2 dedicated vendor times each day.
