Summer GOLF Tournament

WHEN: Monday, June 8, 2025 8:300 AM

WHERE: Mountain Dell Golf Course

TIME: Shotgun Start at 8:00 AM, arrive early if you want to practice

COST: Principals- $50

Guests- $75

Vendors- $75

SPONSORS- $500 (Includes exhibitor booth at the conference June 9 and 10)

DETAILS: Price includes cart, lunch and 18 holes of golf. You must be registered for the conference in order to play in the golf tournament.

Lunch and awards will be held off site following the tournament.

UAESP SUMMER CONFERENCE

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
You have two options to exhibit this year.

OPTION 1

TRADITIONAL VENDOR BOOTH

THE BOOTH IS SMALLER AND NOT IN THE SAME ROOM AS THE CONFERENCE

OPTION 2

TABLE DROP

BECAUSE OF LIMITED VENDOR SPACE, WE ARE OFFERING A SIX SPOTS TO ALLOW VENDORS TO DO A TABLE DROP.

YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A GIFT OR PRODUCT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS, APPROXIMATELY 160. (You will not be required to provide any other door prize.)

THIS WILL BE HANDED OUT TO THEM BY OUR OFFICERS AT THE BEGINING OF A SELECTED SESSION.

DURING THE TIME IT TAKES TO HAND OUT THE GIFT YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ADDRESS THE AUDIENCE. (2-3 MINUTES)

IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION, YOU WILL NOT HAVE A VENDOR BOOTH

The Utah Association of Elementary School Principals will hold its annual Summer Conference at the NEWPARK HOTEL IN KIMBALL JUNCTION on June 9 and 10.

The cost is $300.00 for both options. (or $325 for a booth with electricty)

Exhibitors must bring their own signs.

Each exhibitor will be expected to furnish a door prize, which will be given at the conclusion of the Conference. Your company will be recognized at that time. Door prizes will be drawn from the completed sign off cards.

Move in time is June 8th, at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., and again on the 9th between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Exhibit booths open for attendees to visit at 8:00 a.m. on June 9 and 10. Exhibits close at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the 10th. There are 2 dedicated vendor times each day.

Registration and Breakfast start at 8:00 a.m., June 9th with the conference starting at 9:00 a.m.

Full breakfast and luncheon will be served both days.

**IMPORTANT: If you are submitting your form into your district for payment, you can go on line to register and payment will be entered when it is received. If you are paying with credit cards you will automatically receive a receipt.
