Terms of the Contract:
The Utah Association of Elementary School Principals will hold its annual Summer Conference at the Zermatt in Midway, Utah on June 11 and 12 You are invited to participate.
The cost is $300.00 or 325.00 if requesting electricity. After you register with UAESP on line, you will receive an email. Exhibitors must bring their own signs.
Each exhibitor will be expected to furnish a door prize, which will be given at the conclusion of the Conference. Your company will be recognized at that time. Door prizes will be drawn from the completed sign off cards.
Move in time is June 10, at 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., and again on the 11th between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Exhibit booths open at 8:00 a.m. on both days. Exhibits close at approximately 11:00 a.m. on the 14th. You will have approximately 2 hours of exhibit time each day.

Summer GOLF Tournament

WHERE: Homestead Golf Course in Midway
TIME: Reverse Shotgun Start at 8:30 AM, arrive early if you want to practice
COST: Principals- $40
Guests- $75
Vendors- $75
SPONSORS- $500 (Includes exhibitor booth at the conference June 11 and 12)
DETAILS: Price includes cart, lunch and 18 holes of golf. You must be registered for the conference in order to play in the golf tournament.
Lunch and awards will be held off site following the tournament.
Registration and Breakfast start at 8:00 a.m., June 11th with the conference starting at 9:00 a.m.
Full breakfast and luncheon will be served both days.
**IMPORTANT: If you are submitting your form into your district for payment, you can go on line to register and payment will be entered when it is received. If you are paying with credit cards you will automatically receive a receipt.

JOHN SPENCER
John Spencer is a former middle school teacher and current college professor who is passionate about seeing students reach their creative potential. He is the co-author of the bestselling books Launch, Empower, and Vintage Innovation. His most recent book is The A.I. Roadmap.
How Will We Respond to the A.I. Revolution? The A.I. Revolution is here. For some, it’s exciting. For others, it feels terrifying. Still others feel baffled and confused by it. Many of us feel a mix of all three emotions. But one thing is clear. It’s here and it’s not going away. In this keynote, we explore how we might adapt and change as we navigate the new terrain of an AI world. We explore the human skills students will need in a world of smart machines and how leaders can empower teachers through this era of change. Ultimately, we’ll be reminded of the hope and humanity we continue to have in a time of epic change.
Mike Anderson
Mike Anderson has been an educator for many years. A classroom teacher for 15 years, he has also coached swim teams, worked in preschools, and taught university graduate level classes. In 2004 Anderson was awarded a national Milken Educator Award and in 2005 he was a finalist for New Hampshire Teacher of the Year.
Now, as an independent education consultant, Anderson works with schools in rural, urban, and suburban settings across the United States and beyond. Anderson supports teachers and schools on a wide variety of topics: boosting student motivation, using effective teacher talk, embedding choice in everyday learning, blending social-emotional and academic teaching, and many more. It is his firm belief that professional learning should be engaging and joyful and should model what great classroom teaching is all about. In 2020 he was awarded the Outstanding Educational Leader Award by NHASCD for his work as a consultant.
Anderson is the author of many books about great teaching and learning including The Research-Ready Classroom (Heinemann, 2006), The First Six Weeks of School, 2nd Edition (CRS, 2015), Tackling the Motivation Crisis (ASCD, 2021), and the best-selling What We Say and How We Say It Matter (ASCD, 2019). His forthcoming book focuses on teacher engagement: Rekindle Your Professional Fire (ASCD, 2024).
Mike lives in Durham, New Hampshire, with his amazing family: Heather, Ethan, and Carly (though with Ethan and Carly in the process of fledging, this is very much in flux). When he’s not working, you might find him tending his perennial gardens, watching the Red Sox, or finding fun new places to run.
